光谱分析,表面分析,微区分析
基于原子光谱和分子光谱的物质成分分析,主要涉及微型光谱分析装置的设计与构建,光谱分析方法的建立,光谱成像数据分析。样品表面微区分析,主要涉及基于扫描探针显微术的表面结构、电性质、动态演变等分析技术,基于电子能谱技术的表面成分、化学状态、层结构分析技术。主持国家自然科学基金2项,国家重大科研仪器研制项目子课题1项,已发表论文20余篇。
