研究兴趣:

1. 以质谱分析为研究手段,对生物样品、临床样品及环境样品等复杂样品进行高特异性、高灵敏度、高通量的组学分析。研究重大疾病发生发展的分子机理,寻找具有临床意义的疾病分子标记物。探索环境污染物诱发的生物信号通路变化,揭示环境污染物与疾病发生发展的关系。

2. 以DNA探针和纳米机器为基础,研发针对疾病分子标记物的超灵敏检测手段。
